ITS/Tech Support will facilitate all software installations and updates for College-issued computers.

Getting Started

Pre-Approved or Existing Software:

  • Include the location, computer name, software name, and the requested need-by date. 
  • If you are working remotely (off-site/off-campus) please reference this in the request and provide the best contact phone number. Make sure you have GlobalProtect VPN connected during normal business hours.
