Accessing SOS
Your student account gives you access to the Secure Online System (SOS) portal using any computer or mobile web browser. SOS allows you to register for classes, make payments, and access your records.
Note: To have access to SOS, you will need to claim your account if you have not already done so. Click Claiming Your Account to learn how to complete the process, which includes creating your account password.

Logging into SOS
What is my Username?
You are issued a Username, which allows you access to the College’s computer systems and other services.
Your Username is your College Email Address: Your last name dot first initial the last six numbers of your G# followed by @stu.sanjac.edu
(LastName).(FirstInitial)(LastSixG#)@stu.sanjac.edu
For example, if your name is John Doe and your G# is G00430697, your username will be: Doe.J430697@stu.sanjac.edu
What is my Password?
Your SOS password is the password you created when you first claimed and set up your account. If you have changed it since then, please use your most recent password.
Note: Your password is also used to access other systems after you have registered and paid for classes (e.g., Blackboard, Microsoft O365, OneDrive, Campus Wi-Fi).
