Incident and Problem Overview
- An incident is an unplanned interruption of service or reduction in the quality of service. For example, an outage.
- A problem is a cause, or potential cause, of one or more incidents. These must be investigated and analyzed so that effective workarounds and long-term solutions can be established.
How to Report an Incident or Problem
For Employees click on the Employee Request button and for Student & Public Request for non-employees to open an incident request.
