Service Overview
TouchNet is an online, self-service partner for students to make and/or schedule payments. Students may need support if they receive a request to enter a PIN when logging in to make a payment. Employee issues may involve payment processing, report processing, or software/hardware-related issues.

How to Report an Incident/Issue
Students: If you are getting a request to log in with a PIN, please click the Student & Public Request button to submit a support ticket. For all other Student TouchNet issues, please contact the College's Business Office at 281-998-6150. Employees having issues with TouchNet, please click the Employee Request button to submit a support ticket. Please include your computer name, contact information, and description of the issue.
