Incident and Problem Overview
TouchNet is an online, self-service partner for students to make and/or schedule payments. Students may need support if they receive a request to enter a PIN when logging in to make a payment. Employee issues may involve payment processing, report processing, or software/hardware related issues.

How to Report an Incident or Problem
Students if you are getting a request to log in with a PIN please click the Report an Incident button to open an incident request. All other Student TouchNet issues please contact the College's Business Office at 281-998-6150. Also see guidance on making payments: Making Payments Instructions.
Employees having issues with TouchNet please click the Report an Incident button to open an incident request. Please include your computer name, contact information, and description of the issue.
