Service Overview

Banner Document Management System or BDMS also known as ApplicationXtender, WebXtender, is an imaging and document management solution. 

Perceptive is a document management system with connections to our Banner environment. Employees use this software to upload and retrieve scanned images of various documents for students, employees, and vendors.

Note: Employee access is granted via a Banner Access Request submitted by their leader.

How to Report an Incident/Issue

Before reporting an incident, please try restarting your computer and scanner. 

To submit a support ticket, click the Report an Incident button.

When submitting your ticket, please include: the software name, the scanner (if applicable), and whether the issue pertains to a specific student, employee, vendor, or document (include the name or number). Additionally, let us know if this issue is affecting more than one user.
