Incident and Problem Overview

Banner Document Management System or BDMS also known as ApplicationXtender, WebXtender, is an imaging and document management solution. 

Perceptive is a document management system with connections to our Banner environment. Employees use this software to upload & retrieve scanned images of various documents for students, employees, and vendors.

Employee access is granted via a Banner Access Request submitted by their leader.

How to Report an Incident or Problem

Before reporting an incident please try rebooting your computer and scanner. 

Click the Report an Incident button to open an incident request.

Please indicate the software name, scanner (if applicable) and If it applies to a specific student, employee, vendor, or document name or number. Please check to see if this issue is more than one user.
