Service Overview
Pre-work: Employees must complete pre-work before the training, if not, their status will be marked Incomplete when the session is marked complete.
Post-work: Employees must complete post-work after completing their training, if not, their status will be marked Incomplete.
Employees can request assistance from the Learning Team should they run into any issues or have questions regarding pre-work / post-work.
