A short-term laptop checkout request for an employee.

Getting Started

To request a short-term laptop checkout, please provide the following details: Employee's name, campus, office location, and request-by date.

A travel power charger and laptop bag are included with the laptop. If you need any special software or connections to local/network printers or scanners, please include that information in your request. Note: Software requests are subject to approval.

A checkout laptop has Windows OS with basic software:

  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
  • Web browsers: Chrome, Edge

  • Avaya One-X Communicator (softphone)

  • GlobalProtect VPN

Note: Laptops can be checked out for a maximum of 2 weeks (10 business days). For inventory and supply reasons, please submit your laptop request at least 3 business days in advance.
