A short-term laptop checkout request for an employee.

Getting Started

Request should include name of the employee using the equipment, campus, office location, and request-by date. If you require any special software or connection to a local/network printer or scanner please list that in the request. Software requested is subject to approval. 

Laptop will come with travel power charger and laptop bag. 

Laptop is a Windows PC. It will contain our basic software package including Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Chrome & Edge web browsers, Avaya One-X Communicator soft phone, and GlobalProtect VPN. 

Checkouts have a maximum check out time of 2-weeks or 10 business days. 

For inventory and supply reasons please request a laptop 3 business days in advance if possible.
