Request the move/relocation of an employee's office equipment, including computers, monitors, printers, and scanners, to a new location.

Getting Started
To request the relocation of an employee's assigned office equipment:
- EPAF Submission: The employee's leader must have submitted an EPAF form for the move. We require the EPAF number for this request.
- Provide the employee's name, current location, new location, equipment to be moved, date of desired move, and any other necessary details.
- If it's a temporary move, include the reason for the move.
- If multiple employees are moving, submit separate requests for each move. Please do not combine multiple moves in one ticket.
- Click the Request Service button to submit your request.
To request the relocation of non-assigned technology equipment (e.g., shared network printer, workroom computer), please use one of the following services:
