Request equipment and support for an event such as laptops, audio/video equipment, or assistance with equipment already in place at the College. The ITS Media Request form gathers all the necessary information for IT Department/Tech Support to best support your event.

Getting Started
You will need to provide your contact information, equipment needed/purpose for the request, date of event, setup, start, and end times of the event, a description of what you will need and any other helpful information.

Additional Information / Contact Information
- Please allow at least 3 business days notice for media requests. If two business days notice is not possible, requests are not guaranteed.
- Requests are subject to a room's equipment needs and availability.
- Customers are responsible for submitting Maintenance requests for table and chair arrangements, additional power supplies, etc.
- Please contact Tech Support should anything change with your request. For example: location change, date change, cancellation of event, type of media equipment needed, etc.
- If you do not receive a Ticket notification within one business day of submitting your request, please contact Tech Support.
