Are CAPS Lock & Num Lock Keys Off?

Are your CAPS Lock and Num Lock keys on? Turn them off and then retype your Username and Password.

Are You Locked Out?

To help protect you from potential fraud or abuse, we may have temporarily locked your account after five (5) attempts to log in using an incorrect Password. We know this is frustrating. Wait three (3) minutes and try again using a correct Password.

Check your Username is Correct

Students: Your Username will be your last name dot first initial the last six numbers of your G# followed by @stu.sanjac.edu. (LastName).(FirstInitial)(LastSixG#)@stu.sanjac.edu

For example, if your name is John Doe and your G# is G00430697, your Username will be: Doe.J430697@stu.sanjac.edu

Employees: For O365, Zoom, Banner, SOS, Blackboard, Cornerstone and other applications, your Username is your SJC-issued email address. The format is: firstname.lastname@sjcd.edu

Is your Password about to expire or have you received a notice to update your password?

Please go to https://www.sanjac.edu/password. You will then log in with your current Username/email address and password. Then you can update your password under the profile icon.

Note: You may be required to set up your security questions/challenge responses.

Did your Password expire?

Your Password automatically expires 365 days from when you last created or changed your Password. You will be locked out if you do not change your Password before it expires. If this happens, you must contact Tech Support at (281) 998-6137 or visit a Campus Service Desk to reset your expired password.
