Request a new extension, telephone, change to an existing extension, a change to voicemail box or a new voicemail box.

Getting Started

New Extension/New Phone/Moves - A leader will request this service for their new or moving employee. An EPAF is required.

Configuration/Voicemail - The employee can request a change to their current telephone configuration. 

Click on the Request Service button to submit request.
