Use this service to report an issue related to a phone extension, deskphone/softphone, voicemail box, or a malfunction or configuration problem.

How to Report an Incident/Issue

Click the Report an Incident button and include the following details:

  • Phone extension experiencing the issue
  • Location (building and room number)
  • Description of the issue
  • Alternative contact number (if available)
