To obtain an HR/Payroll Data Request, click Request Data and fill out the form.
NOTE: This request form is only to be used to request data not found on the College website or internal applications. Please be advised that it may take up to 15 working days to complete the request. If your request requires more time to complete, you will be notified of such an instance.
