Getting Started
Employees:
Employees are those who are employed directly or by staffing agencies at San Jacinto College. Contractor / Temp. Staff who have network accounts will use this form.
New Extension/New Phone/Moves - A leader will request this service for their new or moving employee. An EPAF is required.
Configuration/Voicemail - The employee can request a change to their current telephone configuration.

External Partners & Contractors
External Partners & Contractors are those who are not employed directly or via staffing agency by San Jacinto College but have physical space (Office/Classroom/Lab) assigned to them on one of San Jacinto College's Campuses such as our Dual Credit/Early College Partners.
New Extension/New Phone/Moves - A leader will request this service for their new or moving employee.
Configuration/Voicemail - The employee can request a change to their current telephone configuration.
