Getting Started
Employees: Includes individuals employed directly or via staffing agencies by San Jacinto College. Contractor/Temp. Staff who have network accounts will use this form.
- New Extension/Phone/Moves: Must be requested by a leader. An EPAF is required.
- Configuration/Voicemail Changes: An employee can request a change to their current telephone configuration.

External Partners & Contractors: Includes individuals not employed directly or via staffing agencies by San Jacinto College but have an assigned physical space (e.g., office/classroom/lab) at a San Jacinto College campus—such as Dual Credit/Early College Partners.
- New Extension/New Phone/Moves: Must be requested by a leader.
- Configuration/Voicemail Changes: Individuals can request a change to their current telephone configuration.
