Service Overview

Use this service to report unplanned loss of network or internet access, service interruptions, or noticeable reductions in service quality. This applies to both wired and wireless devices.

How to Report an Incident/Issue

1. Initial Troubleshooting: Please try rebooting the affected device before submitting a request.

2. Personal Devices: If you're experiencing issues with a personal device, please visit one of our on-campus ITS Service Desks for in-person support. 

3. Submit a Request: Click the Request Service button to report the issue and request support. You will need to provide the following details:

  • Your contact information
  • Location of the issue
  • Computer name
  • Type of network connection (wired or wireless)
  • Number of individuals affected
