Incident Overview
Virtual Private Network or VPN is an encrypted connection that is used to provide secure access to a remote computer, internal systems like Banner, Network Drives, and Campus Printers over the Internet. All employees have access to the GlobalProtect VPN.
All San Jacinto College laptops have the GlobalProtect VPN installed. Check the Start Menu for Palo Alto Software then look for GlobalProtect VPN.

How to Report an Incident or Problem
First try rebooting (full shutdown) your computer and verify you have Internet connection before trying the GlobalProtect VPN.
Note: The GlobalProtect VPN is blocked and not needed when you are on campus or at the District offices. Please use the SJCD Secure Wi-Fi if you are on campus.
Click the Report an Incident button to open an incident request.
Please include a contact phone number, your availability, if on a San Jacinto College issued computer please include the computer name, if a personal device please include operating system (Windows/Mac).
