Service Overview
San Jacinto College has two Wi-Fi connections available: SJCD Guest and SJCD Secure.
Differences between SJCD Guest and SJCD Secure:
SJCD Guest can be accessed by any student, employee, or guest visiting the college. Compatible with Chromebooks.
SJCD Secure requires a login for Employees and active Students. SJCD Secure also provides employees additional access to network drives, printers, and other college-wide services.

For in-person support to log in to a WiFi network please visit one of our IT Service Desks. For after-hours support, click on the Request Service button on this page.
For potential outages or multiple users unable to connect with Wired or Wi-Fi Networks please report an incident: Report a Network/WiFi Issue.
