Service Overview

A Guest account provides access to computers in classrooms, labs, conference rooms, or other meeting spaces for users who do not have a San Jacinto College network account. These accounts are specifically for external users who reserve a space. Guest accounts are not pre-installed on San Jacinto College equipment and are set up for a limited time.

Getting Started

Only San Jacinto College employees can request this service. Once the request is approved, the requestor will receive the login details from Tech Support and can then provide these details to the guest user(s).

The requestor will need to provide the event name, start date, end date, and location(s) for the guest account/logins. Click the Request Service button to submit your request.

Additional Information / Contact Information

Guest accounts are not provided for long-term use and will be removed after the event end date.

Typical turnaround time for a guest account setup is 1-3 business days.
