Service Overview

A Guest account will allow the user who does not have a San Jacinto College network account access to computer(s) in Classroom, Lab, Conference, or other meeting rooms. The account is used for external users reserving a space. Guest accounts are not pre-installed on San Jacinto College equipment and are setup for a limited time frame.

Getting Started

Only a San Jacinto College Employee can request this service. The requester of this service can then provide the guest user(s) the login details provided by TechSupport. 

You will need to provide the event name, start date, end date, location(s) for the guest account/logins.

Additional Information / Contact Information

Guest accounts are not provided for long term use and will be removed after the event end date.

Typical turn around time 1-3 business day.
