Let us know if something isn't working as it should! Use this form to report an issue with lab/classroom computers or peripherals, campus digital signage displays, or audio/visual equipment in a classroom, lab, or shared space that does not impact use/instruction.

For immediate assistance during class instruction or an event, submit the Class or Event In Session Issue form or call Tech Support at 281-998-6137.

Basic Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Reboot the Device: Turn off the computer or device experiencing issues, then turn it back on.

2. Check Network Connectivity: Can you access another website or online resource?

3. Determine Scope: Are others experiencing the same issue or is it isolated? Please include this information when reporting the incident.
