If USB-C cable is not lit up or the keyboard, mouse, and monitors not working properly. Unplug the power cable from docking station. Unplug USB-C cable from laptop.
Leave unplugged for about 1 minute, then plug in power to docking station and USB-C cable to the laptop. Wait about 45 seconds and then your monitor should display the laptop.
