Check the email you were sent welcoming you to the college and check the information is correct you are using to try and claim your account. Next, check the ApplyTexas.org application you submitted to make sure you are using the correct zip code you listed on your application. If you applied or attended in the past your home zip code could be an older zip code if you have moved.
Current and Former Students
The account claim process is a one-and-done process. You cannot reclaim your account in the future. You can reset your password for your account by going to password.sanjac.edu and clicking help. Or you can reach out to Tech Support at 281-997-6137 or visit the Service Desk for a password reset.
SJC Username
Your username is (LastName).(FirstInitial)(LastSixG#)@stu.sanjac.edu. Example: Garcia.J123456@stu.sanjac.edu.
You cannot use personal email accounts to log into SJC sites. Still having issues please submit this form for us to reach back out to you.

It can take up to 24 hours after the payment for access to be provided. Please log into SOS and verify this has occurred. For Financial Aid recipients you may need to reach out to the Financial Aid office for verification.

Once you are no longer a student you will lose access to Blackboard/Campus Computer and Microsoft Office License.
