Your username is (LastName).(FirstInitial)(LastSixG#)@stu.sanjac.edu. Example: Garcia.J123456@stu.sanjac.edu.
Prospective or Recently Applied Students
Check the welcome email you received from SJC and verify the account information you are using is correct. Next, check the ApplyTexas.org application you submitted to make sure you are using the correct zip code you listed on your application. If you applied or attended in the past, your home zip code could be an older zip code (if you have relocated/moved).
Current and Former Students
The account claim process is a one-and-done process. You cannot reclaim your account in the future. You can reset your password for your account by going to password.sanjac.edu and clicking Help. You can also reach out to Tech Support at 281-998-6137 or visit the Service Desk for a password reset.
