How to Report an Incident/Issue
Before reporting an incident, please test DegreeWorks (My SanJac GPS) Degree Evaluation on an alternate web browser such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari (on Mac). Additionally, try clearing the browser cache and cookies. Review the How to Guide for clearing cache and cookies.
Click the Student & Public Request button and provide details of the issue.
- Student users of DegreeWorks (My SanJac GPS) Degree Evaluation, please include the following details:
- Your Name and GNumber
- Contact phone/email
- Operating system (Windows/Mac/iOS or Android) and the web browsers you used
- A screenshot of the error message (if possible)
