How to Report an Incident or Problem
Before reporting an incident please test DegreeWorks (My SanJac GPS) Degree Evaluation on an alternate web browser such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari on Mac. Additionally, try clearing the browsers cache and cookies. How to Guide for clearing cache and cookies.
Click the button Report an Incident to open an incident request.
Employee users of DegreeWorks (My SanJac GPS)
Employees must have been granted access via a Banner Access Request submitted by their leader.
Please provide the student's name, G number, and if possible a screen shot of the error message.
Student users of DegreeWorks (My SanJac GPS) Degree Evaluation.
Please include your name, G number and contact phone/email. Also include the kind of operating system Windows/Mac/iOS or Android and the web browsers you used. If able please include a screen shot.
