Getting Started
SJC Blackboard Support maintains copies of Blackboard courses and content for a minimum of 18 months following the end of a semester. This is compliant with Texas State Library Retention Schedule for Records of Public Junior Colleges. Courses in programs that require External Accreditation are archived by Blackboard Support beyond the deletion date.
Additional Information / Contact Information
Depending on the number of courses to be restored and other workload it may take about one week to retrieve and restore all courses. Please make the request as soon as possible.
