If you cannot see a grade for a particular assignment or other item please reach out to your Instructor first. They may not have posted the grade yet.
Blackboard Support cannot change grades. You should make every effort to work with your Instructor to resolve any questions about a grade you received. If you need to speak with someone else you can call the San Jacinto College contact center at 281-998-6150 and they can connect to you to the correct department to assist.
