Blackboard Support is not allowed to grant access to a Test or Assignment or to allow you to resubmit or restart a test. Please contact your Instructor if you need to resubmit an assignment or restart a test.
You will receive a Submission Receipt for every item you submit. Make sure you save your Submission Receipt for every submission.. If you do not receive a Submission Receipt your submission may not be complete. Try your submission again. Contact your Instructor or Blackboard Support if you cannot submit.

If you have technical issues that prevented you from completing a Test or Assignment, please submit a ticket using the Request Service button on the right. We will work with you to troubleshoot technical issues and inform your Instructor of the steps taken.
Your Instructor places content in their courses and different Instructors may arrange their courses differently. If you cannot locate an item, please contact your Instructor first. If they cannot resolve the issue, please use the Request Service button on the right and we will work with your Instructor to ensure the item is available to you.
