Getting Started
The Blackboard Learn Mobile app is available for iOS and Android devices.

When you open the app for the first time it will ask for the name of your Institution. Begin typing San Jacinto College and it should come up to select.

You log in to the mobile app using the same credentials you use to log in on a web browser.
Most technical issues with the Blackboard Learn Mobile app are due to a corrupted installation or incomplete update. These issues can usually be resolved by deleting the app, restarting your device, then re-installing the app.
