Course Materials are added to courses in coordination with the San Jac Bookstore, Publisher and Instructor or Department.
Additional Information / Contact Information
Instructors should contact the San Jac Bookstore or their Publisher Representative for assistance with Course Materials and pairing courses to Publisher sites. Please contact the Publisher Technical Support first for any technical issues with integrated eBooks and Courseware.. Blackboard Support does not have access to assist with these issues. If you do not know who to contact at the Publisher please reach out to your Department Chair or the San Jac Bookstore. If a problem needs to be escalated to the Publisher Account Representative, please select the Request Service button and provide details about the issue including your course information, publisher contact and any communications with the publisher.
