SJC Blackboard Support maintains copies of Blackboard courses and content for a minimum of 18 months following the end of a semester. This is compliant with Texas State Library Retention Schedule for Records of Public Junior Colleges. Courses in programs that require External Accreditation are archived by Blackboard Support beyond the deletion date.

Depending on the number of courses to be restored it may take about 2 weeks to retrieve and restore all courses. Please submit the request as soon as possible so workload can be adjusted if needed to meet deadlines.
