What are Service Desks?
Service Desks are campus spaces available for walk-up technical support to help students, employees, and guests get connected to the College’s systems, and quick help with computers and mobile devices.
What services are available at the Service Desks?
The following services are available at our Service Desks:

Password resets
-
Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) help
-
Wi-Fi troubleshooting
-
Office 365 email and Microsoft Teams

Global Protect VPN
-
Updates for operating systems, browsers, and hardware drivers (for College-owned devices)

Adobe Creative Cloud (for course-approved students and employees)
Where are the Service Desks located?
Service Desks are located at the following 3 locations:
When are the Service Desks open?
Hours of Operation:
- Monday - Thursday: 9AM - 6PM
- Friday: 8AM - 2PM
Note: All Service Desks will close at 12 PM on Friday, November 22, 2024 & Friday, December 20, 2024.
