Preinstalled with software for students taking engineering & other design courses. Software installed includes Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Civil 3D, SolidWorks, CadWorx, and AVEVA Everything3D. You must be enrolled in a pre-approved course to access this virtual desktop.

Adobe Virtual Desktop
Preinstalled with Adobe Creative products you need for your assigned classwork. This is also a great option for Dual Credit students using a Chromebook & need access to full features of the software. You must be enrolled in a pre-approved course to access this virtual desktop.

Instructions
Getting Started
1. Click on the appropriate link above to connect to your virtual desktop. You will be asked to login to your Office 365 account. Type in your SJC employee or student email address and click Next.
2. Type in your password and click Sign In.
3. Please allow one to two minutes for your Virtual Desktop to be prepared.
4. When prompted, log in to your Virtual Desktop using your Office 365 password and click Log in.
5. After a couple of minutes you will arrive at your desktop.
Saving Your Work
1. How to Add OneDrive to the Virtual Desktop
- Click Add Storage, then click OneDrive.
- Click @stu.sanjac.edu if you are a student or click @sjcd.edu if you are an employee.
- When prompted, click Accept.
- After your OneDrive account is added, your OneDrive folder displays in My Files.
2. How to Save Files on OneDrive
- When saving your files, ensure you are saving to your OneDrive Account.
3. How to Access Files on OneDrive
- To access files stored in your OneDrive Account, click the My Files icon.
Ending Your Session
1. When you are ready to end your Virtual Desktop session, save any open documents to OneDrive or your personal cloud storage. Your changes will be lost if you do not save them before ending the session. Once you are ready, click the profile button towards the upper-right corner. Click End Session and then click End Session again.
