To request for any non-specific or broad data needs that do not fall under predefined categories.
Guidelines for Requesting Information |
Please be advised that it may take up to 15 working days to complete the request. If your request requires more time to complete, you will be notified of such an instance.
-
First, review the IRDS (Institutional Research & Data Science) web-site to see if the data you are requesting is already available.
-
Plan ahead. When making a research request, take into account the time required to capture and report the information you are requesting, especially if you need information by a specific date.
-
To ensure that we meet your needs regarding data and information, submit your request two to four weeks in advance. Be assured that we will always work to provide you with the information you need, and that emergency requests are unavoidable and must be handled immediately. However, it is very important that, whenever possible, we know of your needs as far in advance as possible so that we may schedule the work and arrange priorities.
-
Please be advised that your request will be prioritized based on the overall district-wide application of the requested data/information.
