What does the free Malwarebytes program include?
The program provides Malwarebytes Premium Security, protecting up to 3 personal devices from the following threats:

Supported Devices: Malwarebytes can be installed on personal devices only; college-owned devices are not eligible. Supported devices include Windows and Mac computers, iPhones and iPads (iOS), Android phones and tablets, and Chromebooks.

1. Go to https://www.malwarebytes.com/student.
2. Verify your San Jacinto College email address when prompted.
3. Follow the on‑screen instructions to download and activate the software.

How long is Malwarebytes free for students and employees?
Eligible individuals receive a free 2-year subscription to Malwarebytes Premium Security covering up to 3 personal devices.
- Students: After 2 years, students who are still enrolled may re-verify their status with Malwarebytes to continue free access. Once no longer enrolled, students may renew at a discounted rate through Malwarebytes.
- Employees: Access is available for 2 years while employed by San Jacinto College, with the option to renew at a discounted rate through Malwarebytes.
- Additional services are available through Malwarebytes at standard pricing.
