Turning on/off Avaya's Send All Calls feature

Turning Send All Calls Feature On or Off

If you have a SendAll softkey available on your telephone, you can quickly and easily turn this feature on or off by completing the following steps:

  1. Press the Phone button to ensure you are on the main screen.
  2. Select the SendAll softkey.

    When this feature is activated, a checkmark will appear to indicate that all calls are currently going to voicemail. There will also be a small icon that appears in the top left corner of the screen that indicates all calls are forwarded.
  3. To deactivate this feature, simply select the SendAll softkey a second time.

If the SendAll softkey is not available on the main screen, you can check to see if the Send All Calls feature is activated by completing the following steps:

  1. Press the Phone button to ensure you are on the main screen.
  2. Press the right arrow key to access the Features menu.

  3. Using the up/down arrow keys, scroll to the Send All Calls option.
  4. Select the Select softkey or press the OK button to turn this feature on or off.

    If this feature is activated, the light indicator to the right of the Send All Calls feature will be on. If this feature is inactive, the light indicator will be off. There will also be a small icon that appears in the top left corner of the screen that indicates all calls are forwarded.
